Even the counsel for the appellant informs that the appellant is no longer in his contact and he is not aware as to whether the cause of ac8on s8ll survives or not. Counsel for the appellant further submits that a le1er was sent to the appellant and as per the report received, the appellant has since expired. Nobody else has come forward to be impleaded as LRs in place of the appellant.
