The petitioner, who is the complainant in FIR No.225 dated 28.04.2016, under Sections 304B/302/ 494 IPC, Police Station SGM Nagar, seeks transfer of the trial on the ground that he is unable to freely depose before the learned trial court at Faridabad due to threats meted out by the accused party. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, submits that all thirty-five (35) prosecution witnesses in this case have since been examined. The trial is at its fag end.
