BEDI, J (ORAL) The petitioners seek concession of regular bail in a case registered at the instance of Harpal Singh alleging that the petitioner along with others had kidnapped paternal uncle of the complainant, assaulted him and tortured him by introducing red chillies and patrol in the private parts. The petitioners were found innocent during the course of trial and an application for their discharge was filed which is stated to have been declined. Without expression of any opinion on merits, this petition is allowed. The petitioners are ordered to be releases on bail on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
