Dated Police Station Sections 06.11.2019 Thanesar City, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra 406 & 420 IPC and Section 10 of Immigration Act 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 19-5-2021, this court had granted interim protection to the petitioner. Vide order dated 10-11-2021, this court had referred the matter for mediation. Vide report dated 18-2-2022, the parties have compromised the matter in terms of Settlement-compromise deed dated 18-2-2022. The said deed is taken on record. On 14-3-2022, Ld. counsel for the complainant stated that complainant has no objection if this petition is allowed.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 19-52021 is made absolute. Petitioner is permitted to file a petition for quashing of FIR by annexing a photocopy of the compromise/settlement deed dated 18-2-2022. Petition allowed in aforesaid terms.
