[1] The matter has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] The present Habeas Corpus petition was filed by one Sanjeev Singh aged about 19 years son of Sh. Joginder Singh resident of Village Dhulgarh, Kurukshetra, Haryana for release of detenue namely Rinkle.

 !6 [4] The warrant officer has filed his report that statement of Rinkle was recorded wherein it was stated that she was living in live-in relation with Sanjeev Singh but now she does not want to stay with him and is residing with her parents with her own wish and without any pressure.
