This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0187 dated 01.03.2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 34, 341, 506 and 427 IPC at Police Station City Hisar and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

None had appeared for the petitioners on 26.02.2020, 31.08.2022 and 21.11.2022. The position remains same even today. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3, on the other hand, submits that the petitioners had, during the interregnum period, filed another petition i.e. CRM-M-55141-2022 for quashing of the same FIR, as sought in the present petition, however, based on wrong averments that compromise had been effected and the said FIR was quashed vide order dated 13.02.2023. An application for recalling of the said order has been filed wherein notice has been issued and the same is pending for 14.09.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
