(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, prays for and is granted liberty to pursue his letters/representations dated 23.04.2022 (Annexures P-8 to P-10) with the respondent-authorities as it is seen that the impugned order dated 24.03.2022 (Annexure P-7) passed by them is until further orders and the petitioner has moved the representation(s) against the same.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that the authorities concerned would consider the petitioner's representation(s) in accordance with law in case he approaches them. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
