This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents no. 1 & 2 to decide representation dated 30.05.2015, Annexure P-2 filed by the petitioner. It is inexplicable how such a direction can be given to police authorities to decide representation of the petitioner. Such a prayer would be in the nature of mandamus. Petition is, thus, wholly mis-conceived and is hereby dismissed.
