(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.185 dated 09.06.2016, registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498-A, 377, 354(B) and 34 IPC.

Vide order dated 21.11.2016, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre to enable the petitioner to settle the disputes with the complainant and the parties were directed to appear before the mediation centre of this Court on 01.12.2016. As per the report of the mediator, the Naresh Kumar 2017.03.31 15:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh parties have not been able to resolve their disputes.

CRM-M-31878-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.09.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
