(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 79 dated 02.10.2015, registered at Women Police Station Sonepat, District Sonepat, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 354, 376(2) (n), 452 IPC and Section 3 of S.C and S.T Act. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Puran stated that the trial is at the fag end, as after recording the evidence of 13 prosecution witnesses, 4 witnesses of the defence has also been recorded. Faced with the situation, learned counsel intends to withdraw the present petition.
