DAYA CHAUDHARY (ORAL) Case has been taken up through video conferencing in view of the outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19.

Learned State counsel at the very outset submits that in pursuance to order passed on 23.06.2020, the petitioner has moved representation only on 14.08.2020 and the same will be considered/decided within some reasonable period whereas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an identical matter, the writ petition has been disposed of with a direction to take action on the pending representation and same order be passed in this case as well.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

Interim order, which has been passed in favour of the petitioner, shall remain continue till the decision is taken on his representation. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved with regard to the order passed in any manner, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
