* * * * Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the workers, who approached the petitioner concerned, have already been paid. Counsel further submits that in case, worker will approach the Management he will be paid his dues in accordance with law. Counsel, ultimately, submitted that in view of the above, this writ petition be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Liberty may, however, be granted to get it revived, in case of need.
