SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 13.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 29.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Renu is 15.04.1997 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Sunil Kumar is 13.06.1996 as per copy of certificate of secondary examination (Annexure P-2). They got married on 29.01.2017. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Gurugram (Gurgaon) to look into the representation dated 29.01.2017 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate Jitender Kumar 2017.01.31 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
