This is the sixth petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for regular bail in FIR No. 43 dated 11.2.2015 under Sections 302, 148, 149, 120-B, 216 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Narwana Sadar, District Jind.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that all the witnesses have been examined and the case is now fixed for arguments on 28.5.2021.

Keeping in view the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the petition and the same may be disposed of as such.

The petition stands disposed of.
