The present appeal pertains to the year 2000. Vide order dated 02.08.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, the appellant remains unserved due to incomplete address. There is no other address of the appellant available with the Court for effecting his service except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts concerned and is the same on which the notices were sent. Respondent No.1 is stated to have died. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
