RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Ravi Kumar in case FIR No.191 dated 19.07.2017 under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, registered at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa.
On instructions from ASI Dalip Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 24.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
