******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.77 dated 01.05.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Heard.

Reply on behalf of State filed, which is taken on record. I have perused the medical record of father of the petitioner, who had suffered heart-attack in March, 2018 and after treatment, discharged from the hospital in April, 2018. He is also suffering from some ailments being old age person of more than 82 years.
