RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0074, dated 05.04.2022, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 354, 354-B IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Jamalpur, District Ludhiana.
Vide order dated 04.05.2022, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 04.05.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sadhu Singh, endorsed that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further interrogation. He has also filed status report in this case by way of affidavit of Murad Jasvir Singh Gill, PPS, Assistant MEENU 2022.09.08 16:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
