RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to pay honorarium and remuneration to the petitioner being Lambardar.

At the outset it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already sent Legal Notice, Annexure P-2, dated 22.09.2018 to respondents No.2 to 4, but the same has not been decided so far.

Learned State counsel submits that the Legal Notice, Annexure P-2, would be decided by the respondents/authorities expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, to decide the Legal Notice, Annexure P-2, dated 22.09.2018 expeditiously preferably within eight weeks from today. May 14, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
