Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 61 dated 27.6.2017, registered under Section(s) 7 & 10 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Section 25 of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 at Police Station Buria, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
