(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take action against the respondent Nos. 5 to 9 on the basis of F.I.R No. 84 dated 01.08.2014, registered under Sections 498-A/406 IPC at P.S Ramdas, Police District Amritsar Rural.

On notice, a reply dated 31.10.2014 has been filed by DSP Sub Divn. Ajnala, District Amritsar stating therein that after registration of F.I.R against respondent No. 4 to 6, Amrinder Singh was arrested on 06.08.2014 while Manmohan Singh and Rajwinder Kaur secured interim anticipatory bail, GAURAV 2015.01.13 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-31085 of 2014 (O&M) -2vide order dated 13.08.2014 and joined investigation on 23.08.2014. Further the petitioner never submitted any complaint regarding threat perception against respondent Nos.4 to 9. The investigation is still in progress In view of the detailed reply filed in the present petition, no further orders are required be passed as the matter was thoroughly inquired into by the police.

The petition stands disposed of.
