(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Ram Chander Moan in case FIR No.36 dated 10.02.2021 registered under Sections 3(1) (r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 509 IPC at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal.

On instructions from Sunil Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kalayat, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 07.07.2021 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
