**** AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (Oral) 1.
There is no represent on behalf of appellant. Despite sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken by the appellant to pursue the present appeal. The appellant remained unrepresented on the last date of hearing i.e., 20.11.2025, and even today, no one has appeared on his behalf. 2.
In these circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.
3.
It thus appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
4.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
