This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 347 dated 05.07.2017 under sections 147/149/323/325/342/365/384 IPC at Police Station Khedki Daula, district Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 30, 2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 30, 2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
