Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of investigation the case bearing FIR No. 130 dated 01.05.2018 registered at Police Station Kalayat District Kaithal for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012, petitioner is being pressurized for compromise.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.-3-Superintendent of Police, Kaithal to look into the above grievances of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of copy of this order.
