Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Dalbir Singh, Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga submits that during the course of investigation the police has drawn a conclusion that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as a consequence of which a cancellation report dated 17.3.2018 has been prepared which is pending before the Senior Superintendent of Police.
