**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.30 dated 31.03.2016, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Kanwan, District Pathankot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had solemnized the marriage with daughter of complainant and now she is residing with him as his legally wedded wife. Her marriage with the petitioner has been solemnized with her own wish and with the consent of families of both the parties. In this regard, complainant as well as his daughter has given their respective affidavits (Annexures P-3 and P-4). So, the petitioner be released on regular bail.

CRM-M-31921-2016 -2The petitioner is in custody from previous about 157 days and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time.
In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Pathankot and subject to the verification of affidavits (Annexures P-3 & P-4) by the investigating officer. Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
