Though the petitioner was transferred to a different place, however, looking at his health condition he was granted three months time to continue working as a Samiti Patwari in the Dinanagar Block. The aforesaid period has come to an end. The petitioner challenges the correctness of the said order on the ground that there is no improvement in his health condition.

In the considered view of the Court, no writ in this regard can be issued. However, the petitioner, if so, advised may represent to the Government.
