(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.73 dated 26.10.2017 under Section 379-B IPC at Police Station Badali Alla Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned State counsel has referred to affidavit of Dr. Ravjot Grewal, Assistant Superintendent of Police, District Fatehgarh Sahib, dated 08.02.2018 and submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case. He further, on instructions from ASI Kaur Singh, submits that pursuant to order dated February 09, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated February 09, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
