Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.2), to decide the representation Annexure P-3 in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-3), in accordance with law, within two months on receipt of certified copy of the present order.
