Order dated 13.04.2023 says as under:
"Though the real dispute of money is between respondent No.4 and one Tarsem Singh, who had borrowed the amount by way of loan, yet counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is being harassed only for the reason that he was signatory over the receipt executed between respondent No.4 and said Tarsem Singh. To the mind of the Court, it appears to be a civil dispute. However, learned counsel for the petitioner proposes for amicable settlement, if so possible.
Notice of motion to respondent No.4 only, for 11.05.2023, for the limited purpose as recorded herein-above." 3.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that petitionerManjinder Singh and respondent No.4-Rajinder Singh have settled their dispute amicably and therefore, she seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
