NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel contends that the petitioner would be satisfied if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran/respondent No. 2, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner.
In view of above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within two months of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
