Petitioner had made a representation to the police for taking action against Baldev Singh and others for threatening to dispossess him from the land bearing khasra Nos. 3224, 3225, 1438 and 1439. The matter in question is of civil nature for which civil remedy can be availed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
