Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is under Section 438 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.358 dated 22.11.2013 under Section 467,468,471,406,420 and 120-B IPC,PS Parao, Ambala Cantt.Distt.Ambala. On the last date of hearing,learned State counsel on instructions from SI Inderjit Singh submitted that perhaps present petition had become infructuous as the petitioner has been enlarged on bail by the learned trial Court. He, however, prayed for time.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has become infructuous since the accusedpetitioner was arrested and subsequently enlarged on regular bail. This fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel.
