Present letters patent appeal has been preferred on the ground that prayer of the appellant for stay of her transfer from CH BSF, Jalandhar to CH BSF, Tekanpur has not been considered by the Single Bench. In case, the petitioner has to shift to Tekanpur, her writ petition would be rendered infructuous.
