NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before learned Area Judicial Magistrate and seek bail in accordance with law.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners would surrender before learned Area Judicial Magistrate within a week of passing of this order and if they move an application for grant of bail, the same shall be decided within three days of presentation of the said application, in accordance with law.
