The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.76 dated 22.04.2021 registered under Sections 306 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.

By an order dated 18.05.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Harpal Singh submits that petitioners have joined investigation.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 18.05.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
