ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint No.COMP-IPC/55/14.10.2013 dated 14.10.2013 filed under Section 420 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 24.08.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court on 01.09.2017 and the trial Court has released the petitioner on interim bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds. Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
