Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner claimed relief in this petition only to the effect that police is not properly investigating the case bearing FIR No. 45 dated 14.02.2018 registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Till date, no action has been taken by the police in the matter. He requests that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur be directed to expedite the investigation of this case.

Without commenting any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.-2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to look into the above grievances of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of copy of this order.
