(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, as he is unable to establish contact with the petitioner. On instructions from ASI Naresh, learned counsel for the State has informed that in the present case, after completion of investigation, cancellation report has been prepared by the police on 05.09.2020.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
