Mr. Vivek K. Thakur, Advocate for respondent No.2. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in criminal complaint No.COMI/43/2016 dated 15.06.2016 for offence punishable under Sections 323, 325, 342, 365, 295-A, 148 and 149 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 24.08.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the trial Court and have been granted interim bail. This fact is not disputed by counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Rajinder Kumar, as well as counsel appearing for the complainant.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the order dated 24.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
