Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukha Darji - in case FIR No.42 dated 16.03.2020 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 406, 306 IPC at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukha Darji - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 06.07.2020 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
