Learned counsel for the State contends that out of 20 prosecution witnesses, 10 have already been examined, 09 have been given up and only 02 NAINA KATHIAT 2025.09.04 14.41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document are yet to be examined.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and restricts his prayer only to the extent that appropriate directions may be issued for the expeditious disposal of the case. 6.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial Court is directed to look into the feasibility of the expeditious disposal of the case in accordance with law.
