(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 with a prayer for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for not complying with the order dated 12.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No.19377 of 2024. Cheque amounting to Rs.21,73,494/- has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. Photocopy of the same has been taken on record.

In view of above, the present contempt petition is disposed off. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent, in case there is any deficiency.
