RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Raj Kumar in a case arising from FIR No.117 dated 21.05.2017 under Sections 306 and 365 IPC and Section 3(2)(5) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind. Allegation against the petitioner is that on account of his harassment, husband of the complainant, namely, Mahabir committed suicide.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the deceased before committing suicide did not leave any suicide note showing complicity of the petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2017.

Considering over-all facts and circumstances, however, without Ravinder Singh 2017.09.08 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed.
