H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This application for pre-arrest bail has been filed by Harjinder Singh @ Kaka, an accused in FIR No. 81 dated 11.8.2017, for offences under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Sandaur, District Sangrur, on the allegations that on secret information residential house of accused was raided, which resulted in recovery of 156 bottles of illicit liquor. However, the petitioner was not arrested from the spot. The petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the Illaqa Magistrate within 7 days and move an application for regular bail which be decided within 10 days. The petitioner shall not be arrested till the disposal of regular bail application.
