Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 45 dated 10.3.2010 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Learned State counsel, who is assisted by the learned counsel for the complainant, has not controverted the factum of compromise between the parties.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar.
