Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 38 dated 24.06.2018, registered under Section(s) 307, 353, 186, 427, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Balianwali, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Joginder Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation.
