(Oral) This is a second petition filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No.0182 dated 22.09.2021 registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, under Section 420 IPC.

The first petition i.e. CRM-M-43529-2021 had been dismissed vide order dated 25.11.2021 after considering the merits.
