ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 21.09.2022 the following order was passed : "The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Since 08.01.2019, the case is repeatedly being adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellants for granting him some time to file the correct addresses of the respondents. Till date the correct addresses of the respondents have not been filed. Today again a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of the appellants on the ground that he is out of station. Though no ground is made out for an adjournment, however, in the interest of justice one last opportunity is granted to the counsel for file the correct addresses of the respondents as directed vide order dated 09.08.2019 subject to payment of Rs.5000/- as costs to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee. Adjourned to 14.11.2022.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any ground."

RSA No.190 of 1999 -2As per office report, the costs in compliance of order dated 21.09.2022 have not been deposited. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has not been able to contact the appellants and hence he is unable to furnish the correct addresses of the respondents. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
